Affordable, honest, and clean work.
I was so impressed with this company that I dropped my hvac service plan with another company and switched to Love and Care Heating and Air. The service man was so thorough and showed and explained every step he took. Took pics of everything along the way to show his point about the condition of the unit. I'm so impressed that he took time with me, but also that the company allowed him that time. This was no hurry in and out service and I appreciate the thoroughness.
I contracted with Love & Care Heating & Air to replace both my heating and cooling system. Every team member I encountered was professional and courteous.

I called L&C the morning I was supposed to have another company install my heating and air. The company cancelled at the last minute and would not deign to inform me that the parts didn't arrived - parts they expected a week prior no less.
Nina was able to get me a same day consultation with Scott. He did a great job breaking down the scope of work, comparing their service to other bids, and drawing up schematics on graph paper that were easy for me to understand. I learned a lot and decided to move forward.
The crew arrived exactly one week after the consultation on our agreed upon start date. They were clean, prompt, trustworthy with a key to the house, and communicative whenever they had to break for lunch. They are highly skilled and were able to anticipate issues with the lath and plaster in this 100+ year old home.
From the initial consultation to the final payment L&C made things easy for me. They outbid and outperformed everyone else I had considered for the job. I highly recommend.

Wow! I've worked with Love and Care (Mark and Colton) over the last week to get a quote and was very impressed with the techs that came to my house. Colton fixed a problem that four other companies told me wasn't fixable. I plan to go with Love and Care when it's time for a new system installation!
Love and Care Heating and Air are amazing! The best customer service all around! They helped me get a new HVAC system! The tear down and installation was all done in one day! Financing was super fast and easy! Showed me how to work my new WiFi thermostat as well!! I’m not great with technology at times! Answered any questions I had! Amazing service from Colton cleaning the air conditioner and giving advice to Mark Shaw who worked on our budget and got a new system because our AC was 31 years old . He sat with us went over all the details and made us feel comfortable . All the workers that have come into our home have been amazing and respectful . The checking in and making sure we feel comfortable has been above and beyond . 10/10 recommend this company .
The name Love and Care sets pretty high expectations, and yet Mark absolutely surpassed all of them. I work from home and my wife is seven months pregnant. Our AC went out and our property manager sent their AC repair vendor who I won't name. They told me it would take a month to order the replacement compressor, and told me nothing else. Frustrated with my landlord, I told Mark about this, and he sprung into action. He came by and doubled checked every other possible issue and walked me through every step so I knew exactly what was happening and why. Even better though, Mark knew exactly where to find the replacme t compressor in a matter of days! He called my landlord and told them where to locate the compressor. This was 10 days after my landlord's Ac repair person came by and still no response. After their call with Mark they called me to tell me they ordered the part from Mark's vendor and that my AC would be fixed in 5 days. And he did all of this free of charge as my landlord was not able to approve him as a vendor in time.
Without Mark, my wife and I would have languished in 100 plus degree weather for a month or more. Mark's attention to detail, connections, knowledge, persistence, and genuine empathy saved the day. I would never think twice about going anywhere else, because this level of customer care is simply not reasonable to expect to find anywhere else. Mark and Love and Care will go the extra mile, keep you infomed and updated with compassion, and move heaven and earth to solve your issues as quickly and nicely as humanly possible.

Mark and the team from Love and Care were so great and easy to work with. All of our questions were answered before moving forward, they were able to meet our needs and install in a very quick timeline. Installation was quick and painless and the follow up has been top notch. We are very happy with our decision.
Chris was upfront and honest with a no BS quote. He gave a fair price from the start and was responsive and professional. His techs were the same and did a great job. The installation was inspected by 3rd party (Energuy) and the permit was approved by the Sacramento County inspector with a comment of "very clean install". I couldn't agree more and would recommend them to friends and family.
