I was referred to Love & Care by a family member after receiving several quotes from other companies that I felt were too high. I knew my issue was a bad evaporator coil. The initial quote from Love & Care came in much cheaper than the competition. They were also the only company that suggested to look into a possible warranty covering the coil since I was the original owner of the home and it is only 6 years old. Well, the warranty was honored by the manufacture and I ended up paying a lot less than what I would have paid for with the other companies. Love & Care is very knowledgable, they are easy to work with, customer care is at the top of their list. They also were quick and on time. They performed everything they said they would and from the office to the technician they were professional and pleasant.
