Love and Car Heating and Air LLC Refund Policy

Club Members may cancel their membership at any time and are eligible for the following refunds:

If we do not meet our commitment of getting to your home within 48 hours of your first call for service (i.e., when you have an unscheduled problem), and you are:

1. an ANNUAL Club Member, then you are eligible to request a full refund of your annual membership payment
2. a MONTHLY Club Member then you are eligible to request a full refund of your payment stream back to your last scheduled appointment
